The Quality That You Sell is the Quality That You Buy

Growth comes when more people are willing to invest more of their time and emotion in the products and services which you provide. The quality of your products and services, will either build those relationships, or erode them at every touchpoint.

Most businesses are assembly operations in one way or another. They bring together the building blocks; of people, materials, ideas, equipment, premises, location etc, and combine them in a unique way, to offer and sell. Everyone knows that quality is a critical component of what you offer. What is clear, is that the quality of what you sell is entirely dependent on the quality of what you buy.

What you invest in your brand and the people who buy into it, has to be matched by your investment in your particular building blocks, and assembly operations. The way you treat your people, your suppliers, your equipment etc, and the way you invest in your relationships on the input side of your business will dictate the quality of what you sell, and the growth which your business is able to sustain.
